PURCHASERS RESPONSIBILITIES

Purchaser understands that The Company will not be held responsible for any legal repercussions which may arise as you use The Company’s products even if it arises out of negligence on behalf of The Company. HEALTH INFORMATION

Neither The Company nor any of its affiliates or related entities or persons shall be liable for any claims made or otherwise interpreted or constructed. Statements, if any, regarding this product have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) nor have they been confirmed by research approved by the FDA. AGREEMENT

By purchasing hemp products from The Company, the purchaser acknowledges they (1) have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions; (2) are of legal age, as required by the federal, state, and municipal laws, rules, regulations and treaties governing the purchaser to form a binding contract with The Company and to purchase The Company’s products; (3) hold the authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions personally or on behalf of the entity the purchaser represents; (4) accept all legal risks associated with The Company hemp containing products.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the State of Utah, United States, without regard for that State’s conflicts of laws principles.

CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT

The Company protects the privacy of their customers. Therefore, The Company complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act. What this means for you: California consumers have the right to know and access what personally identifying information is being collected and the right to delete that information. California consumers also have the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information and to not be discriminated against for exercising one of these rights. All information collected is in accordance with the purchase of product or contacts with customer service for returns or warranty claims. The Company does not sell personally identifying information.
